Amada HG-ATC 1003

The HG-ATC is equipped with several functions for precision bending, unrivalled on the market. The combination of active crowning and Bi-S device to measure the angle provides maximum angle precision and linearity, without rejected parts.
Designed for superior productivity, the upper beam and back gauge deliver an outstanding performance in terms of speed, dynamics and reactivity.
The automatic system for changing tools (ATC), the only one of its kind on the market for technology and performance, considerably reduces set-up times. So urgent, rush jobs can also be efficiently managed.

These machines are the latest evolution in hydraulic drive press brakes. They produce high quality bends under varied tonnage so at MJH Fabrications we can ensure the ideal bending solution for our customers’ needs.
Due to digital technology and innovative numerical control, the HFE3i is always connected, fully integrated with the offline programming software and “Industry 4.0” compatible.
The Amada-patented crowning system, based on the parallel deformation of the beams, guarantees constant results over the entire bend length without the need to add costly electromechanical or hydraulic systems. Moreover, the HFE3i has several mechanical bending indicators (Bi-S) and laser bending indicators (Bi-M), that can ensure maximum bending precision, eliminating rejected parts.
The Eco drive system guarantees smart hydraulic system management, providing considerable benefits such as reduced power consumption, improved system performance, reliability and stability.
Salvagnini P2 Panel Bender
The P2 is the ultimate Salvagnini panel bender, natively combining productivity, with its automatic bending and handling cycles, and flexibility, with its universal bending tools.
It uses universal bending tools which automatically adapt in-cycle to the panel geometry, without machine down times or manual re-tooling, allowing batch-one or kit productions.
The technical solutions adopted (Direct Drive and pneumatic and electric actuators) allow it to respect both people and the environment without reducing its productivity. It runs with a minimum quantity of long-life oil, inside a fully sealed circuit.
The integrated adaptive technologies (advanced sensors, bending formula, MAC3.0) make the system intelligent and able to automatically adapt to changes in the material and the external environment, eliminating waste and corrections, and extending the range of products that can be made.
The proprietary LINKS and OPS software establish communication between the system and the company departments involved in the production flow.
