Punching

MJH Fabrications Ltd offer punching services to our customers requiring this type of metal fabricating service. We operate punch presses with a range up to 30 tonnes to produce the custom fabricated metal parts that you require. Our presses can accommodate metal fabricating customers’ needs with a part size up to 6mm thickness, 1250mm wide and 3000mm long.
Our presses can achieve a punching accuracy with very tight tolerances and the run size is limited only by your requirements.

Our punching capacity includes the following materials:

  • Galvanized Steel
  • Cold Rolled Steel
  • High Strength, Low Alloy, Steel
  • Hot Rolled Steel

Our Punching Machines Include:
2 x Safan 2000 Challenger CNC Turret Punch Presses, 30 tonne, 20 station (Auto Index).
Examples of CNC Punch Cut Components:

The cnc punch has been used to cut all contours and holes from flat plate. The items below vary in thickness from 1.5 to 2.5 mm
